Real recovery begins with compassion.
The Hope Collective is a non-profit organisation working to challenge the stigma surrounding addiction in Pakistan. We believe that real recovery begins with compassion and support — values that are at the core of everything we do.
A society that doesn't define people by their addiction.
We envision a Pakistan where no one is defined by addiction, where seeking help is embraced as an act of courage, and where every individual is treated with empathy and compassion.
Recovery, one truth at a time.
Smoking addiction and alcoholism are not widely discussed in Pakistan. That silence gets filled with false information. By raising awareness, sharing lived experiences, and encouraging support, we aim to shed light on a largely disregarded issue and facilitate the journey toward recovery.
What guides how we work
Compassion
We meet every person where they are, without judgement.
Confidentiality
Trust is the foundation of every conversation we have.
Inclusion
Addiction touches every background, class and community — so does our work.
Hope
Recovery is possible. We hold on to that even when it feels distant.
Respect
People are never reduced to their diagnosis or their worst day.
Evidence-based education
We speak from research and lived experience, not assumption.
